Refund and Cancellation Policy

The free domain scanner

The scanner on this website is free. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.

Setup fees

Setup fees are charged once per domain, before work begins.

You may cancel in writing within five business days of signing your agreement and receive a full refund of the setup fee. After that, setup fees are non-refundable, because we start work as soon as payment arrives.

If we fail to deliver what we agreed, tell us in writing. If we have not put it right within 14 days, you can end the agreement and recover what you have paid.

Our 60-day commitment

If a domain has not reached full enforcement within 60 days of your start date, we keep working at no extra cost until it has, rather than issuing a refund. This commitment runs for 12 months from your start date. If we are waiting on you to do something, the timeline extends by the length of that wait.

Recurring services

Continued Protection and MTA-STS hosting renew monthly until cancelled.

• You can cancel either one at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice. You can give that notice during a free included period.
• If you cancel before a service’s first paid charge, it takes effect immediately and you are billed nothing for it.
• Monthly charges already taken are not refunded. The service runs to the end of the notice period.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email info@readydmarc.com. Include your company name and the domain concerned. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
