Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and the free domain scanner provided by Trowbex Company, Commercial Registration (Unified National Number) 7054845164, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“readyDMARC”, “we”, “us”) (the “Service”). readyDMARC is a product of Trowbex Company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

readyDMARC provides a website and a free tool that checks a domain’s public email-authentication records (such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) and returns an assessment. Our paid services are described under Paid services below.

Paid services

We sell a software platform that configures and monitors email authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) on a business domain, together with the integration work to set it up. Each engagement is a one-time setup and integration fee per domain, followed by an optional monthly platform subscription (Continued Protection). The current prices, in Saudi riyals, are on our services page.

  • Agreement. Before work begins you sign a service agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, and price. Where these Terms and that agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
  • Payment. The setup fee is payable on signing, by card through our payment provider, and work starts when payment is received. Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance to the saved card.
  • Delivery. The service is performed remotely on your domain over approximately 60 days in monitored stages, and ends with a written health report. Timelines extend by any period we are waiting on you.
  • Cancellation and refunds. As set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
  • Your obligations. You confirm you own or control the domain, give us the DNS access needed, and tell us about the services that send email as your domain.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree to:

  • Only scan domains that you own or are authorised to assess.
  • Not use the Service to break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service, or try to bypass its rate limits or security measures.
  • Not access the Service through automated means beyond normal use, and not scrape, copy, or resell any part of it.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.

We may suspend or block access to the Service if you breach these Terms.

Scanner results are informational

The scanner reports on a domain’s public DNS records at the time of the scan. The results are for general information only. They are not a guarantee that a domain is secure, that email will or will not be delivered, or that spoofing cannot occur, and they are not professional or legal advice. Email authentication depends on many factors beyond the records we check. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the results.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trowbex Company and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD 100.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, logos, and the format of the scanner results, is owned by Trowbex Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or scrape any part of the Service without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Service may link to websites and services we do not operate, including our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the updated version takes effect when posted, shown by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
